Covid – 19 Safety
At Paco Tapas, the safety of our staff, suppliers and customers is of the highest priority/is paramount. We have followed the government guidelines on how to re-open our business, changing our restaurant layout and practices to limit the threat of Covid-19.
All members of staff returning to work have been inducted and have undergone accredited e-learning modules to refresh themselves on Health & Safety in the workplace.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email.
In turn, to assist with this new way of service and ensure a smoother experience, we politely ask customers to adhere to the following:
- We will be taking the contact details for all bookings (including walk-ins) to enable the government’s track and trace system.
- We request that you use the hand sanitiser provided on entry to our premises.
- When dining, please remain seated at all times (unless going to the restroom or exit). Should you need assistance please catch a member of staff’s attention whilst seated.
- When moving around the restaurant (going to the restroom or exit only) please use appropriate personal PPE and attempt to keep a one-metre distance from other diners and staff.
Please understand our service systems will have changed to fall in line with government guidelines. Safety is the priority and your post-lockdown dining experience will be somewhat changed. We will endeavour to meet your expectations but ask for your patience as we adjust.
